Prior to joining VegInvest, Jodyheaded the Social Performance Group at Moody’s Corporation focusing on microfinance and social investing. He also served on various advisory boards including Women’s World Banking’s Gender Performance Initiative, the SMART Campaign’s Certification Task Force, Grameen Foundation’s Social Performance Advisory Committee and the Global Impact Investing Rating Service (GIIRS). Prior to joining Moody’s, Jody founded Financial Directions, a training company for international commercial and investment banks. Jody has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Battery Dance Company, VegFund and Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.
Before joining VegInvest, Amy spent 18 years advocating for animals as a partner in the animal law firm, Egert and Trakinski, where she litigated on behalf of national animal protection organizations, grassroots advocacy groups, and individual clients. She currently serves on the boards of Compassion Over Killing and Animal Welfare Trust and is a member of the Humane Society of the United States’ New York State Council. Amy has a B.A. in History from Binghamton University and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
